It's not the thing I want to do, I just asked Andrew how did he like to
fix this issue.
After all - it would be a bad fix because we don't have any dependency
of JTreg tests itself in our Makefile so we don't know when some test is
changed. I usually "play" with regression tests and then run "make check
-k" even if jtreg-summary.log (or other three result files) exists.
