RFC: JamVM min and max heap ergonomics patch

Hi

The attached patch makes JamVM use the same default min and max heap 
ergonomics as the OpenJDK Hotspot.

This will remove some out of memory surprises when using JamVM in 
combination with the OpenJDK classes.
