Test Case.

When creating an application modal dialog, keyboard input is still accepted in
the parent window.

I have attached a test case.

Icedtea Version: Icedtea6 HEAD

Steps to reproduce:
1. Run test case.
2. Click "Button 1".
3. Click on main window. (Focus should not change but it does)
4. hit TAB or Shift+TAB then start typing.

100% Reproducible.
