Hi Omair,
thank you for this info. In the meantime I prepared simple patch which
allows me to build IcedTea7 & run regression tests and benchmark, but
the fix from upstream looks much better.

Do you think it is worth to prepare patch for current IcedTea7 version?
(I can do this, of course).
