RFC: Replace patches/rh676659-gcc-export-dynamic.patch with upstream version

Hi,

The attached patch replaces patches/rh676659-gcc-export-dynamic.patch 
with the almost-identical fix from OpenJDK7.

Okay to commit?

   * Makefile.am (ICEDTEA_PATCHES): Replace old patch name with new.
   * patches/openjdk/7041156-gcc_export_dynamic.patch: New file. Export
   from OpenJDK7.
   * patches/rh676659-gcc-export-dynamic.patch: Remove.
