RFC : [icedtea-web] - minor fixes for junit reporting

	* tests/report-styles/index.js: added try catch block arround xslt
	 transofrmation, so possible error will not break rendering
	* tests/report-styles/jreport.xsl: fixed redundant divideing by 1000,
	so result is now correctly in seconds
	* tests/junit-runner/JunitLikeXmlOutputListener.java: as " can be part 
of stack
	header and also is used as xml attribute bounding character, it must be
	also quoted.
