Some JNLP applications consist of jars that contain mostly signed, but some
unsigned files under META-INF/*. These applications work fine with the
proprietary javaws, but not with icedtea-web.
Arguably, having unsigned files under META-INF (other than signature related
files) is wrong, but many applications rely on this this nonetheless.
