[RFC][Icedtea-Web]: Fix for bug 726

Hello,

This patch fixes an issue with recently used not existing in ~/.icedtea/cache since on jvm shutdown we try to store an updated cache order even though we don't have this file.

This needs to be put in both HEAD and 1.1 of icedtea-web.
