[RFC][Icedtea-web]: Remove/hide invalid option in itweb-settings

Hello,

This patch removes the option to set the option for showing applet lifetime exception from the debugging panel in itweb-settings.

        (properties): Removed property.
        (addComponents): Removed checkbox.

I want to remove this option from HEAD and 1.1 as it is specified in: http://download.oracle.com/javase/6/docs/technotes/guides/deployment/deployment-guide/properties.html
