The patch looks fine to me. IMHO, it should be applied. It will help a
novice user avoid selecting a wrong directory for caching (which would
result in mysterious failures when running jnlp applications). An expert
user, on the other hand, can use the command line interface of
itweb-settings or his favourite text editor to change the settings in
the deployment.properties without running into this check.
