icedtea-web compiling

I am running a sourcemage a source based distro and I compile firefox
from the scripts.   
But I looked in the source and it has the pkgconfig file in the
xulrunner directory but that is not touched after the configure script
is run and not sure what data needs to be installed.

But I was able to git it to build by using npapi-sdk .
