IcedTea7 2.0 Delayed

I propose we delay the release of IcedTea7 2.0 to occur *with* the
security updates on the 18th/19th of October
(http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/topics/security/alerts-086861.html)

Squeezing in a release before this will only mean it gets obsoleted by
the security update. I would have liked us to have 2.0 a long time ago,
but I'm afraid things have just taken too long for us to get a release
in before the update now. This should also give time for the further
testing some people have asked for.

I do think this has to be a hard limit though, as by late October, we
need to be looking at the changes in 7u2 and I'd rather not reset all
the testing work on 2.0 by bringing in those changes for that release.
