[Bug 798] Choppy Audio in Runescape

I tried it on a Lenovo T520 and there is no sound at all. The following is
written to .xsession-errors:

ALSA lib seq_hw.c:457:(snd_seq_hw_open) open /dev/snd/seq failed: Permission
denied

Perhaps this is related to the choppy sound on the other system. My systems run
KDE 4.7.1.
