IcedTea server upgraded to Bugzilla4

Hi,

Sorry for the very short notice. But some security issues [*] with the
older Bugzilla3 version we were running on the icedtea server required
an emergency upgrade. All should be fine now. But this was a quick job,
so please double check everything works as expected:
