I'm running Firefox 7.0.1 for Ubuntu on an Ubuntu 11.10 install with the
IcedTea-Web 1.1.3 (1.1.3-1ubuntu1) plugin. When trying to deposit a check using
USAA's Deposit @ Home feature, the applet fails to load.
USAA's site says that java 5.0 update 4 or higher for Mac is required (it
assumes I'm on a Mac since I'm not on Windows apparently). When it attempts to
load, I get a message at the bottom of the browser saying "Start: applet not
initialized."
I don't know how to give a more detailed error report. If there is a switch or
some method to gather a more verbose report, I'll gladly provide it.
