If Icedtea-web is the plug-in component for OpenJDK upstream, its name should be openjdk-plugin !

There is some truth in this: the plugin isn't part of OpenJDK, so it
shouldn't be called openjdk-anything.

I think this is truly dreadful reasoning.  Either we think that the
plugin is safe enough for people to use, or we don't ship it.
