If Icedtea-web is the plug-in component for OpenJDK upstream, its name should be openjdk-plugin !

A possible "fix" would be for icedtea-web (or java-1.x.0-openjdk) to
generate an empty java-1.x.0-openjdk-plugin package that requires
icedtea-web.
