You use a old version of icedtea6 1.8.13, built and packaged by debian
Distribution: Debian GNU/Linux 6.0.4 (squeeze), package 6b18-1.8.13-0+squeeze1

This version are currently not supported by the IcedTea team.
Please re-test using icedtea6 1.9.x , icedtea6 1.10.x or icedtea6 1.11.x.
Its possible that the bug have already been fixed by using one of the latest
icedtea6 versions.

Debian have built a supported icedtea6 1.11.x version in their wheezy testing
archive.

If you still can reproduce this bug using one of the last three icedtea6
versions then lease provide a testcase, instructions, on how to setup and
reproduce this bug using the bukkit minecraft server,
