[icedtea-web][rfc] Reproducer for showDocument()

Hi. Tackling the tests that Jiri mentioned would be helpful in addition
to the reproducer I posted recently for my cookie handling patch.
(I'm still having a lot of issues reformulating my test using parallel
runners as opposed to showDocument...)

This simply tests that showDocument goes to another page correctly.

	Applet that comes from ShowDocument.html via showDocument()

tests/reproducers/signed/ShowDocument/testcases/ShowDocumentTests.java:
	Test driver, starts ShowDocument.html and expects output from both
	applets.
