Fwd: [rfc][icedtea-web] synchronised logger

Hi!

For obvious reasons, The logger must be synchronised, otherwise,  when some (or even similar) java 
is hanging in time of hook execution, then flush is not correct due to ConcurrentModification 
exception and so lost.

Because of killing in testing this happens.
