Hi
The attached fixes have been put back to the repository...
due to a mismatch between my email address for the putback and
my email address on the list the email is probably in some queue.
I've fixed the mismatch so that shouldn't happen again. Sorry!

I missed this originally but the defn of TARGET_ARCH_NYI_6939861
is to enable some jvm level code to provide slow path's for zero
that were removed / replaced with "Ricochet frames" for the
generated interpeter and the c[12] compilers. This code is removed
completely in hsx23 and that has left zero non-functional
there.
Zero does "support" libjsig and libjvm but doesn't (atm, generate libsaproc
though I'll look into that eventually).
The change in the defs is to avoid a objcopy in the wrong place thats
already done
in the correct place earlier.
