[patch] enable CACAO builds on PPC64 (icedtea6)

Hi,

I am playing around with icedtea6 and CACAO on PPC64, and just
successfully built it on a Fedora16. The only changes to icedtea I had
to made are attached below. If you could apply them icedtea6 would build
out-of-the box with --enable-cacao.

	Enable CACAO builds on PPC64 (similar to PR600).
	* Makefile.am (ICEDTEA_PATCHES):
	Add patch.
	* patches/ppc64-jvm.cfg.patch: 
	New file.
