Hi,
here's a way that works for me:

1. Change to an empty directory
2. wget
http://ci.bukkit.org/job/dev-CraftBukkit/Recommended/artifact/target/craftbukkit-1.0.1-R1.jar
2. java -Xincgc -jar craftbukkit-1.0.1-R1.jar

Actually I found out that no JVM error occurs at all when omitting -Xincgc.

I can also provide a coredump if you need one.
