remove-all-setLookAndFeel.patch

Ok I have reproduced this bug as described. I have also verified that javaws
-viewer can start and work in combination with the java-atk-wrapper, and ocra,
if I simply removed the setLookAndFeel lines inside the javaws and plugin
source-code.

I will start examine how to fix this bug and still have setLookAndFeel enabled.
