Hi! You have missed the most important part. Whole splashscreen is vectorised and animated both for 
plugin and applets. This png is nothing more then screenshot....

For plugin there IS  word plugin! (but just in vectorised form) If you are interested please check 
this thread to past, and you will find animated gif (90mb!) which will explain you a lot!

Anyway - thanx for comment, I'm glad to hear that somebody is alive here;)
