I can reproduce it too with icedtea-web-1.2-2 as found in F17, direct
connection. With same logs, URLs with jars are accessible by browser/wget. So
probably it gets mangled some way. Why the plugin is trying to connect to
mojebanka:443 with plain http?

A lot of users confirmed this behaviour on our Czech forum (once it got
widespread in F17).
