When you're happy with this, I suggest we get a 2.1.1 release out,
which will give ARM on 7 a bit more visibility and let distros
start packaging it if they wish.
We should aim to do this well in advance of the next security
release, which is the 12th of June. I'd prefer we didn't end up
doing a security release with the ARM changes in too.
