[RFC] PR1120: Synchronize CACAO sections with icedtea7

Arghh, subject should have said PR1120. The patch is for icedtea6.

The jdi-tests patch is not present in icedtea7, and since I'm touching
this anyway, I think it's time to get rid of it entirely since CACAO
has gained support for park/unpark a long time ago.
