CFV: New IcedTea Reviewer: Omair Majid

I hereby nominate Omair Majid for the position of IcedTea reviewer.

Omair has been working on IcedTea since his internship at Red Hat in May 2008,
and has continued doing so after obtaining full-time employment in June 2010.
In this time, he has committed many changesets; the changelogs show 15 in
the IcedTea7 forest, 147 in IcedTea6 and 131 in IcedTea-Web.  He has also
reviewed many patches on behalf of developers.
