Implement API Changes to LLVM

Ive got X32 working but would like some JIT so lets feed it to the sharks ...

http://labb.zafena.se/?p=459 has a patch to do this but its not backward compat
redo the patch in a more acceptable manner.


support for X32 is only in recent LLVM [3]

This does appear to have error in it im tracking down for now it builds but
segfaults on run .. dont be shy to point out my folly ...
