Ubuntu 12.04 LTS Intel Video driver bug

Clemens tracked down the root cause of this OpenJDK rendering bug :-

to be an Intel video driver bug

https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=48045.

This bug is unpatched on Ubuntu 12.04 LTS and makes the Xrender
pipeline unusable (missing text) in some contexts.
This largely affects AWT applications but could affect Swing too.

The solution is that 12.04 needs to provide an updated intel_drv.so
