This is caused by CACAO's missing support for armhf [1]. This has been remedied
in the meantime. Yours looks like a Gentoo build to me. I guess it would have
to be updated to the current version, which I suggest without hesitation.

Having said that, there's one issue catching my eye -- why is the triplet
armv7a-hardfloat-linux-gnueabi and not *-gnueabihf? CACAO uses this for
hardfloat detection [2]. Is there a better way to do it?
