IcedTea-web is currently localised to CZ-cs an (default) English. We are looking forward for translation!

You can see that localisation is simple file that you are already familiar with -
http://icedtea.classpath.org/hg/icedtea-web/file/74a70e0b15ef/netx/net/sourceforge/jnlp/resources/Messages_cs_CZ.properties
http://icedtea.classpath.org/hg/icedtea-web/file/74a70e0b15ef/netx/net/sourceforge/jnlp/resources/Messages.properties

So the only think you need to do is to provide transalted Messages_pl_PL.properties
Currently there is no Polish developer active, so your file will be probably not-checked :)

I would like to help you with any problems you may encounter - both by developer point of view and from guy who provided CZ translation.

J.
