     * netx/net/sourceforge/jnlp/runtime/JNLPClassLoader: move closeStream
     to StreamUtils.closeSilently, update usages.
     * netx/net/sourceforge/jnlp/util/StreamUtils: New method closeSilently,
     closes stream, catching IOException.
