[icedtea-web] depending on pkcs11

IcedTea-Web has been built with OpenJDK 7 for a long time [1]. Why do
you expect to run into issues now?

As that thread points out, the sun.security.pkcs11 package is still
available in linux and 32-bit windows. Is there any other problem that I
missed?
