[rfc][icedtea-web] BasicExceptionDialog centered on screen

Hi,

Our basic exception dialog doesn't seem to center itself on screen, 
which is a little sad IMO! It's just a one-line patch.

Changelog:
* netx/net/sourceforge/jnlp/util/BasicExceptionDialog.java: (show) 
center dialog before becoming visible
