        setting COMPRESS_JARS
        * Makefile.am:
        (ICEDTEA_ENV): Add COMPRESS_JARS="true" if
        ENABLE_JAR_COMPRESSION is set.
        * NEWS: Updated.
        * acinclude.m4: Add IT_ENABLE_JAR_COMPRESSION macro.
        * configure.ac: Include new macro.
