As always, the rule of thumb is to display as little UI elements as possible but enough as necessary only.

Although I do have a different opinion on javaws' switch description formatting, 
I have given in to Jiri's plea and reformatted messages in question.

I have also added "TIFPFileChooserChooseButton=Vybrat" to Messages_cs.properties.

This is my final version for review. I won't make any further modifications to 
this patch. If somebody feels displeased, is free do them himself.
