[icedtea-web] RFC: Unit test for InformationDesc

Hi,

The attached patch adds a unit test for InformationDesc.

It only makes once functional change to InformationDesc: it removes the
references to JNLPFile from InformationDesc. This made it much easier to
instantiate an instance of InformationDesc.
