[Bug 1895] Icedtea plugin throws up an error screen in Firefox

When you mention security a couple of points come to mind. The server is using
a self-signed certificate so the usual trusted site notice comes up when I log
in. Also, when I accept the exception the option to save the exception is
greyed out. I don't know if either is significant to this bug.
