    Bring in S8008509, PR1659, PR1661 & PR1664 together with fixes for the PPC
port, including S8019929.

        (IT_ENABLE_JAR_COMPRESSION): Use standard capitalisation and
        set to true rather than yes. Call AC_SUBST on ENABLE_JAR_COMPRESSION.
        * hotspot.map: Sync to HEAD.
