If you haven't pushed this yet, you may want to hold off pushing this. I
pinged upstream a few days ago about this C++11 header change and they
have reverted it:
https://hg.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/rev/0691948a0abe

I am not sure we should try and work with an incorrect version of the
header given that it was a mistake by upstream that they have fixed.
