Sorry, I don't know the exact dates. An estimate: 3 to 4 months.

The original mistake was pushed on 2013-10-23 [1]. It took until now for
this to hit a xulrunner release. That's more than 3 months. This seems
consistent with the 16-week window between mozilla-central and release
as noted in the mozilla release process document [2].
