Is there any way I could download this JNLP file for myself, or is it only
within a banking session? If it requires a bank sign-in, would you be able
to/comfortable with providing your specific JNLP file, after removing all
personally identifiable information from it? The error is about the JNLP file
being malformed, so I'd like to verify whether or not this is truly the case.
If the file is correctly formatted then it will also help with determining why
we are improperly parsing it.
