it is similar to https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1047394
I'm wondering if providers really provides just windows' dll or we are somehow
ignoring the architecture... But I bet for first statement.
Also - the plugin is not freezing in this case... (I have just tried this
reproducer on both 32 and 64 and jdk 6 and 7)
