The file apparently works fine only with WINDOWS and APPLE. It is developed by
Interactive Data Managed Solutions AG http://www.interactivedata.com/ for the
bank. 
A similar bug issue is reported elsewhere:

I am wary of providing the file since it stems within a logged-in secure
session and may contain sensitive data but I will try to purge them and may be
able to send the file.
