Yeah, I get that. I have no problem with most of it as it doesn't affect anyone
else. My concern is removing the include line as we have a bunch of antique stuff
still building this (who also don't have things like LCMS2, GIO, etc.) that could
run into trouble. Is there any way we could ifdef it instead?
