Thats not true.

The logic have changed  between 1.4.1 and 1.4.2 (and of course 1.5 and head) [1]

But TBH, I would bet it get even a bit worse.

All the tests I had run till now seems to be working :-/


Until "only" the proxy was not working, I thought that system properties are wrongly merged. But now 
it seems to this being more corrupted somehow :-/

	JNLPRuntime.config changed to proper singleton.

This affected the time of loading the properties. Although it should not affect the reading of 
system properties.  And even less affect the merged properties.
