This happens occasionally, it's an intermittent problem unrelated to your
original bug report.

I'm still unable to determine what's causing the failure for you and one other
person here who I asked. It works fine for myself and most other users. Is
there anything you did in particular to come across this error? Does the WebEx
test page at [1] work for you?
