[icedtea-web] broken(?) downlaod servcice

hi!

During 1.5.2 testing I found

Passed: DownloadServiceTest.testRepeatedlyLoadingAndUnloadingJnlpResources
FAILED: testExtensioncheckCachesUsingArray(DownloadServiceTest) stdout should contain "CHECKEXTENSIONCACHEUSINGMUTIPLEPARTS-isExtensionPartCached(Array): ValidExtensionParts: true" but did not.
FAILED: testLoadExtensionPartUsingArray(DownloadServiceTest) stdout should contain "LOADEXTENSIONUSINGVALIDPARTINARRAY-loadExtensionPart(Array): ValidExtensionParts-AFTER: true" but did not.
Passed: DownloadServiceTest.checkIfRequiredResourcesExist
Passed: DownloadServiceTest.testRepeatedlyLoadingAndUnloadingExternalResources
Passed: DownloadServiceTest.testRemoveExternalResource

Whcih seems to be never working in 1.5, adn in head was working prior this group of changesets[1]

  Ayway in head this is regression. Befor 1.6 tehre seesm ot be much more things like this:(
